New Highlights in SME Credit Business

Administration Committee of Zhongguancun Science & Technology Park signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Beijing Operations Office of PBOC on August 18, 2006. The purpose of the agreement is to strengthen the regulation construction of SME credit business in science sector, build up a green channel for small enterprise financing and accumulate experience.
Mr. Xu Ning Yue, Vice President of Bank of Beijing, has attended the signing agreement and delivered a speech on behalf of commercial banks, which indicating that Bank of Beijing will be active in the pilot of establishing credit records and credit rating of SME to help enterprises in the Park improve their credit and enlarge the credit products in order to broaden the financing channels for SMEs.
Zhongguancun Science & Technology Park Branch of the Bank has signed an contract with Beijing Yingsichuang Science & Technology Company during the ceremony to give the company a loan support of 1 million Yuan.
