Paying water charges: Users whose water meter readings are written down by the worker of the tap water company may pay water charges at the terminal with the water charge payment notice.

Paying call fee: paying fees of mobile phone, Unicom phone, Small Smart, downtown and suburb fixed phone calls (service will be offered for Tietong)

Paying vehicle and vessel use tax: For personal vehicles, you may pay tax after entering your vehicle license tag number (vehicle and vessel use tax shall be paid in Q1 of each year).
Select to pay vehicle and vessel use tax – select the vehicle license tag color (blue base with white characters/yellow base with black characters/yellow base with white characters/yellow base with black charactes and black frame) –select the minitype car or moto - enter the telephone number – select small car or motorcycle – enter the vehicle license tag number - swipe Jing Card/ enter deposit book account number – enter password – vehicle information displayed – confirm - receipt printed.
Buying fuel gas with prepaid fuel gas card: money can be put for prepaid fuel gas cards interconnected with the the bank network.
