At present, our bank offers self-help voice service for accounts of current savings deposit books, savings deposit cards, debit cards, saving-up-the-future cards, double-currency international card and medical insurance deposit books (limited to 96169 self-help service). No matter which account type mentioned above, you can enjoy our fast and all-sided voice service just through entering your account number and e-bank password (money drawing password for medical insurance deposit books).
2)How to use and apply for the e-bank password?
The e-bank password is a verification password used for general customers to operate business over the phone bank and on-line bank. When such password is obtained, the phone bank service and on-line bank general service are instantly initiated.
If an individual customer apply for the phone bank service, on-line bank service or forgets the e-bank password, he/she shall execute at any outlet of our bank by carrying his/her own valid identity certificate and relevant account by virtue of his/her money drawing password. Customers who opened banking cards recently will obtain the e-bank password in the password envelope, enjoying the phone bank and on-line bank services simultaneously.
3、How to modify the e-bank password?
Call the phone bank, press button 1 to enter the personal business. Then select button 8 to modify the e-bank password. You may also modify the e-bank password over the on-line bank and counter. |

1)You should press the button # to end when you use the phone bank, or you will hear the voice: “Your entering is wrong. Please enter again.”
2)If you use a telephone with function of incoming telephone display to operate the phone bank business, we recommend you to hang up, and then pick up the receiver and press any number key to prevent others from obtaining information on the phone you used.
