Personal commercial-purpose house loan, means loan in Renminbi extended by the bank to natural eligible persons used for purchase of house used for commercial purpose (excluding second-hand houses).

Borrower’s conditions for application:
1)A natural person in China who has a legal residing status and full civil capacity;
2)Has stable economic income, with good reputation, and ability of repaying the principal and paying the interest of loan on time;
3)Has lawful and valid house trade contract, agreement as well as other documentation accepted by the bank used for purchase of house.
4)Has money equivalent to more than 20% (included) of total prices of the house to be bought as the down payment of the house.
5)Has the assets accepted by the bank as mortgage or pawn, or has judicial person, other economic organization or natural person accepted by the bank as guarantor person.
6)Other condition required by the bank.

Personal house property mortgaged loan, means loan extended by the bank to the borrower who uses his/her own or other’s private house property as guaranty (including commercial house, economical and suitable house and public house permitted for sale).

The borrower must meet the following conditions:
1)Provides valid ID certificate and copy thereof.
2)Has stable economic income, with good reputation, and ability of repaying the principal and paying the interest of loan on time;
3)Has the assets accepted by the lending bank as mortgage or pawn, or has judicial person, other economic organization or natural person accepted by the lender as guarantor person, with the exception of house property not allowed for guarantee subject to provisions of national laws and rules concerned.
4)Has money equivalent to more than 40% (included) of contractual price or evaluated value of the mortgaged house as the down payment of loan.
5)Other condition stated by the bank.
