| The State study-aid Loan means Renminbi loan extended to really poor students studying regular four-year undergraduate courses, junior colleges courses (including higher vocational courses), postgraduate courses and second-bachelor’s-degree courses in full-time colleges and universities cooperating with our bank, and used for payment of their tuition, accommodation expenses and basic living expenses. Interest of the State study-aid Loan is paid by revenues of Beijing. A certain percentage of risk compensation fund is paid by Beijing revenue and cooperative colleges and universities according to the principle of “risk sharing”. It can be in a manner of credit, and no guarantee is needed. |
