◆ About the certificate
··After inserting the Key, the system points out there’s error, or when logging on, the system points out “error in the certificate retrieving route”.

·Why our company’s name can’t be found in the pull-down menu “Select Certificate” of the logon page?
If it is your first time to log on the corporate online bank, you have to install a certificate environment. At the logon page or in the “Help-Downloading Center”, install the program of “BJCA02”. After that, insert your USB Key. The “Certificate” column will automatically list the name of your company. Enter your certificate password, user ID and logon password, and you can log on the corporate online bank system now.
·When logging on, the system points out “error in the certificate password, xx times remained”
Please confirm that the password of your certificate password card is composed of numbers, including no English letters and other symbols. At the same time, please confirm if the certificate held by each user match the password card. If your enterprise has two or more customers, it is likely that the password cards matching the USB Key are confused.
Please note that, if you enter a wrong USB Key certificate password for consecutive 10 times, your USB Key will be locked out. Please contact your deposit bank before 10 wrong entering times.
·When logging on, the system points out “invalid certificate”.
Maybe your computer system time is not correct, thus your certificate becomes “outdated”. Please correct the system time.
·When logging on, the system points out “your certificate has been outdated”, or “it will expire in ** days”.
Please insert your USB Key after click and enter the “view the certificate information” page in the corporate user logon page. The page will display the remaining days of valid period of the digital certificate you are using now. If it is really outdated or will be outdated, please renew your digital certificate and buy a new password card at the bank where you launch your online bank; you shall also click “update the certificate” in the corporate user logon page, using your new password card to update the digital certificate in the USB Key. If the displayed valid period of the certificate does not conform to the prompt message, please check whether your computer system date is correct.
·I’ve forgotten my mobile certificate password. What should I do?
The password of mobile certificate is the password of USB Key medium. When your mobile certificate is locked out or become unusable as you forget the password, you can buy a new digital certificate password card at the outlet where you initiate the online bank (not necessary to buy a new USB Key), and download a new certificate, then you can use it now.
·My mobile certificate is lost. What should I do?
When you find that your digital certificate is lost, if you are a general customer, please immediately request the competent user to set your state in “not enabled”. If you are the competent user, please immediately contact the online bank deposit bank for fear that unnecessary losses are caused as your certificate is lost.
◆ Online bank logon
·When logging on, I see the message “CB0000104, password is wrong”.
Please check if the user password you entered is correct. If you have entered a wrong user password for six times, your user ID will be frozen, today you cannot log on the corporate online bank any longer. You must defreeze your user ID at the bank where your online bank is launched by carrying your valid ID certificate and enterprise reference letter. If you forget your user password, please apply for “password resetting” with the registration bank of online bank in order to initialize your password.
·When logging on, I see the message “CB0000108, logon is abnormal”.
Maybe the user name you entered does not conform to the bank’s system records. It is also possible that the bank has not prepared your certificate conjunction. Please contact the online bank registration bank. We will find out the reasons of error and eliminate them.
◆ Flow of Application
Flow of applying for corporate online bank
Step 1: Open a public settlement account (basic account or general account) with Bank of Beijing; apply for initiating corporate online bank at the outlet where your account is opened, complete the Corporate Online Bank Service Agreement of Bank of Beijing, Corporate Online Bank Customer Information Sheet of Bank of Beijing, and Application Form of Entity Digital Certificate, affix the enterprise’s common seal and retain a seal as required.
Relevant certificates and copies to be submitted:
1)Business license of the enterprise
2)Organization code certificate
3)Local tax register certificate
4)Legal representative’s ID card
5)Handler’s ID certificate
(For all of these, originals and copies are needed, with the copies affixed with the enterprise’s common seal).
6)Enterprise reference letter
Step 2: Teller of the sub-branch of the bank accepting the application checks if the enterprise’s certificates are valid, if the originals conform to the copies; for digital certificates, you should pay fees related to the digital certificate, and the bank teller will make out an invoice for you; the enterprise handler sets an activation password at the bank counter, please keep it in your mind firmly.
Step 3: The accepting sub-branch of the bank delivers the enterprise’s online bank application materials to E-bank department of Bank of Beijing for examination and approval. Upon examination and approval, the online bank teller of the accepting sub-branch will make an USB Key digital certificate for each user of the enterprise; initiate the online bank functions in the system for the enterprise.
Step 4: The enterprise handler claims digital certificate and password card at the bank. The password on the password card is the initial certificate password; after returning to the enterprise, first, the competent user uses his/her own USBKey certificate, initial certificate password and activation password to log on the online bank; after the competent user logs on, first “enable” other general users of the enterprise; after that, general users use their own USBKey certificate and initial certificate passwords to log on the online bank. It is recommended that after logging on, each user should modify your own user password and certificate password.
◆ Security Suggestion
USB Key Features
Certificate installation is needed. Just insert it into your computer. The system will automatically read the certificate in USB Key. Enter the password and you can log on.
No backup, restoration, deletion and so on are required. It will be safe and worriless just by keeping your USB Key properly.
It can be locked out automatically. The password of USB Key will be locked out after it is entered for consecutive 10 times, thus preventing others from stealing it. 。 |
