Once opening a personal account with Bank of Beijing（including bank card or deposit book）, you may directly log on the personal online bank general for corresponding business operation.

Savings deposit account (bank card or deposit book): Savings deposit account number + type of certificate + certificate number + e-bank password, log on the online bank general to conduct such operations as account inquiry, loss reporting, and small-sum payment.

Medical insurance account: Medical insurance account number + type of certificate + certificate number + payment password, log on the online bank general to conduct operations of remaining sum and details inquiry as well as loss reporting.

Suggestion:
1. When you log on, the type of certificate and certificate number entered must be completely identical with the information retained when you open account with the Bank to ensure your successful log-on.
2. If your account is not in a normal state (with exception of some payment stopped), you will not be able to log on the online bank.
3. You are not allowed to log on our online bank with an auxiliary card of Debit Card, Double-currency International Mini Card and fixed deposit passbook.

Suggestions on Use:
1. Do not use the online bank system in any public places such as Internet access center.
2. Do not use the password memory function provided by the operation system.
3. After using the online bank system, please choose the EXIT button to close the online bank page you used.
