A: The “professional version” is the extension and improvement of “general version”. It is different from the “general version” as follows:

A: When you log on the general version, you need entering the e-bank password. When you have payment transaction operations on the general version, you need entering the payment password (i.e. the money drawing password used for the online bank account).
(1) How to obtain your e-bank password: If you are using a Jing Card of Bank of Beijing, its initial e-bank password can be obtained from the envelope awarded when you claim the card. If you are using a savings deposit book of Bank of Beijing, its e-bank password will be initiated at any outlet of Bank of Beijing.
(2) What to do when you forget your e-bank password: When you forget your e-bank password, please carry your effective ID certificate and Jing Card /deposit book to reset your password with any outlet of Bank of Beijing. You can use your e-bank immediately after you set a new password.?
(3) How to modify my e-bank password:
A. Online bank: Log on the either general-version or professional-version personal online bank of Bank of Beijing to modify your e-bank password. The new password will become effective immediately upon modification.
B. Call bank: Use the voice function of phone bank hotline 96169 of Bank of Beijing to complete the modification of e-bank password by yourself. The new password will become effective immediately upon modification. (Call 96269 in Tianjin area.）
C. Bank outlet: Please carry your effective ID certificate and Jing Card /deposit book to modify your e-bank password with any outlet of Bank of Beijing. The new password will become effective immediately upon modification.
Q: There’s no e-bank password for my medical insurance deposit book. Then how to use the online bank general version?
A: You may log on the online bank general by directly entering the payment password of your medical insurance account.
Q: I have selected a correct type of certificate and entered a correct certificate number when I log A: Please confirm that the type of certificate and certificate number you entered are identical with those of the e-bank account. Suggestion:
