Guide to Petition:
Step 1: You must open an account of personal online bank professional with any of our outlet with your own valid ID certificate and card/book of Bank of Beijing, and buy a digital certificate. A document digital certificate costs RMB10, and a mobile digital certificate costs RMB90.
Step 2: Visit our home page, and click “Professional-version Customer” to download a digital certificate by yourself. In addition to all functions offered for general customers, the professional-version customers may also handle such operations as transfer between cards/books of the bank, external transfer, e-sale of cards, one-stop fee payment, hang-down account management, customer’s information modification, and personalized settings.

Guide to Use:
1)The use ID of a Profession-version customer shall be either letters or numbers or combination of them.
2)If you have forgotten your logon password of online bank professional, you must reset it at the banking outlet where you open an account of online bank professional. If you forgotten your certificate password, the bank will not offer the password resetting function. You should buy a digital certificate again.
3)After normal logon as a professional-version customer, all of your hang-down accounts will be displayed. Select one of them to conduct online bank operation.
4)If your account is not in a normal state（with exception of some payment stopped）, you will not be able to select this account for any transaction.
5)You are not allowed to log on our online bank professional with an auxiliary card of Debit Card, Double-currency International Mini Card and fixed deposit passbook.
6)In order to ensure your money safety, when adding a hang-down account, a professional-version must do this at any outlet with valid ID certificate, copy, savings deposit account or card.

Suggestions on Use:
1)Do not use the online bank system in any public places such as Internet access center.
2)Do not use the password memory function provided by the operation system.
3)After using the online bank system, please choose the EXIT button to close the online bank page you used.
4)Please keep your digital certificate properly.
