1)If you are a customer of document certificate, you may back up your digital certificate in other memory medium (such as U disk or mobile hard disk), then restore it to the computer to be used. Suggestion: if you do not want to use the digital certificate in a computer, please make sure to delete it from this computer under the precondition that a backup of the digital certificate has been made.
2)If you are a customer of mobile certificate, you may insert the USBkey in the USB interface of the computer and then to operate the personal online bank professional. The mobile certificate is plug-and-play, more convenient and safe.

Q: If I have executed the formality of personal online bank professional at the banking outlet, can I use it directly after going back home?
A: No. You need click and log on the “Initiate the on-line bank” at the right side of the web page to download and install a digital certificate, and register your professional-version customer information. Upon successful initiation, you may see your name on the digital certificate on the web page you have logged on. You can log on the online bank and use it now.

Q: If my digital certificate is lost, what should I do?
A: If you are sure that your digital certificate has been lost, please enter the home page of Bank of Beijing’s website, choose the Professional-version Customer-Certificate Management-Revoking the Certificate to revoke the certificate in order to ensure your money safety. If you want to continue using the personal online bank professional, you can obtain a new one at any outlet.

Q: If I have forgotten my logon password or certificate password, what should I do?
A: If you have forgotten your logon password, you may reset it at any of our banking outlet.
If you have forgotten your certificate password, no password resetting service is offered provisionally. You may only apply for a new online bank professional and buy a new digital certificate.

Q: When I log on, the message reads “the user does not exist”, then what should I do?
A: Possible reasons;
1)You have not registered an user ID. Please click the “Enable the on-line bank” to register the customer information of online bank profession.
2)When you log on the on-line bank, you enter the wrong user ID. Please note that the user ID is written in letters, numbers or combination of them (capital letters and small letters should be distinguished). If you have forgotten your user ID, please inquire at any outlet of Bank of Beijing with your own valid identity certificate.

Q: I can’t find the digital certificate when I log on the online bank professional after the operation system is reinstalled. What should I do then?

1)For document certificate customers: please enter the professional version and log on the web page’s certificate management, select “Restore the Certificatge”. Find the backup route of your certificate and enter a correct certificate password. Then go back to the logon page, you can find your certificate now. If you failed to make a backup of the certificate, it will be impossible for you to find your digital certificate. If you want to continue to use it, please file a new petition to buy a certificate password card and download the certificate.
2)For mobile certificate customers: the mobile certificate is plug-and-play.

Q: The log-on page of my online bank professional is displayed with clobbers. How to solve this problem?
A: Possible reasons:
1)Too low version of IE browser. Just upgrade it to Version 6.0.
