1)Any personal deposit book customer who applies for a phone bank should complete relevant application forms and execute registration formalities of phone bank at any of our banking outlet.
2)For any Jing Card user of Bank of Beijing, the system will initiate the phone bank function after you open the card successfully at our banking outlet. You can enable the e-bank password in the password envelope to handle phone bank business.
·Corporate Customers of Bank of Beijing
Conditions:
Any enterprise opening a deposit account and with good reputation can become a phone bank corporate customer upon application.
Procedures:
1)A customer applying for initiating corporate phone bank through registration shall submit relevant application forms and other data required by the Bank to its outlet of deposit.
2)The outlet of deposit may handle the corporate phone bank registration formalities after checking such conditions as deposit application form completed by the enterprise and retained seal are all satisfied. |

If petition is necessary or you have forgotten your e-bank password, you have to come to any of our outlet with your valid ID certificate and relevant account to apply for or reset an e-bank password by virtue of your money drawing password.
