1)Your own real-name account with password, including various Jing Cards, fixed deposit book, current deposit book, passbook account, savings deposit treasury bond trust account or medical insurance deposit book account.
2)Effective ID certificates conforming to the retained certificate of real-name account, including: ID card, passport, military officer certificate, and so on.
3)A telephone set possible for having local calls.
Procedures:
1)Any personal deposit book customer who applies for a phone bank should complete relevant application forms and execute registration formalities of phone bank at any of our banking outlet.
2)For any Jing Card user of Bank of Beijing, the system will initiate the phone bank function after you open the card successfully at our banking outlet. You can enable the e-bank password in the password envelope to handle phone bank business.

·Corporate Customers of Bank of Beijing
Conditions:
Any enterprise opening a deposit account and with good reputation can become a phone bank corporate customer upon application.

Procedures:
1)A customer applying for initiating corporate phone bank through registration shall submit relevant application forms and other data required by the Bank to its outlet of deposit.
2)The outlet of deposit may handle the corporate phone bank registration formalities after checking such conditions as deposit application form completed by the enterprise and retained seal are all satisfied.

Phone Bank Shortcut-Key Service
The design of shortcut key offers a more rapid and convenient approach of business handling for our customers, breaking through the traditional business mode of phone bank, enabling the phone bank users to avoid fussy multiple key pressing operations, especially offering personalized service for our customers. After dialing 96169, select the button 5, enter three digits and press button “#”, you may directly skip to the business function you want to realize.

Phone bank Business Area Selection Service
The business area selection service offered by phone bank offers convenient and efficient banking service and financing channel for customers who often come from and go to different cities. You may only dial local customer service phone number of Bank of Beijing (96269 for Tianjin customers, 01096169 for customers in other areas), select the business area, and select the service to directly handle the banking business of the city where you open your account, without any long-distance phone fees. It best fits you often coming from and going to different inland cities, handling various banking services more flexibly and more rapidly.

1)How can a personal user use the phone bank service?
At present, our phone bank system offers self-service voice service for current savings deposit accounts, savings deposit cards, Saving the Future cards, Double-Currency International Card, saving-type treasury bond trust accounts and medical insurance deposit book accounts. For whichever type of account mentioned above you hold, just press button 1 for personal business, then enter your account number and e-bank password (money drawing password for medical insurance deposit book, and trust account password for saving-type treasury bond trust accounts ), then you can enjoy our rapid and all-sided self-service voice service.

2)How to apply for an e-bank password?
An e-bank password is a verification password used among common customers of phone bank and online bank. If you are a customer opening a new bank card, you can find it in the password envelope, without petition. If petition is necessary or you have forgotten your e-bank password, you have to come to any of our outlet with your valid ID certificate and relevant account to apply for or reset an e-bank password by virtue of your money drawing password.

3)How to modify my e-bank password?
Dial 96169 (96269 in Tianjin), then press button 1 directly to modify your e-bank password, or you can modify it through our online bank and counter.

1)When you enter your bank account number or card number in using the phone bank, press button # to end, or the voice will remind you wrong enter, please enter again.
2)If you use the phone bank over a telephone set with incoming call display, it is recommended that you would pick up the telephone receiver and press any number button after the end of each use of the phone bank, thus preventing others obtain any information over the telephone set you have used.
3)You can also visit our online bank at www.bankofbeijing.com.cn for easy self service as you require other than using our phone bank over “96169”(96269 in Tianjin).
